I can confirm the behaviour.
Opening the konsole panel in dolphin (by pressing F4) and then right clicking
into the konsole panel to open the context menu, you find the menu item "Switch
profile". But only one "default profile" is in there. In my case there should
be 8 profiles that I can find in konsole itself or in the konsole profiles
plasmoid.
