I've played a bit with an active description tab without a selected image. I
think we leave it as it is at the moment. You can re-order the tags or call the
tag manager, but also activate the checkboxes, change the date, enter a
descriptive text without making any sense. Why should the metadata or color tab
remain active? They are empty. I tend to WONTFIX.
