W.r.t. to this bug, KWin does the best what it can. plasmashell has to re-use
windows. By introducing, tokens we'll overcomplicate the effect.
Also, fwiw, with the normal animation speed, it's really hard to notice two
Kickoff windows.
Marking as NOT A BUG because the Sliding Popups effect works as expected.
