SUMMARY
When updates are available, the update notifier does not display its icon. Its
a blank space instead. May be an openSUSE-only issue(?)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use openSUSE Tumbleweed
2. Use Breeze theme
3. Wait for updates to be available
4. See if update notifier appears properly
