SUMMARY
With transparency enabled, opening the drop-down menus in the application are
unusually dark and after being highlighted when hoovering over with a mouse
pointer, they stay blue.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It seems to be the same issue as with the desktop icons drop down menus that
