SUMMARY
Basically the wallpaper image changes to default release on for 5.14 for no
reason. I have absolutely no idea why it happens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I don't know. It happens at random. Not after updates or something like that.
Also seems that this might? be related to another bug I opened #400035 because
after this bug happened that one reappeared.
OBSERVED RESULT
Wallpaper changing.
EXPECTED RESULT
I have my own wallpaper and I will like that to stay put.
