Categories misalignment just after restarting plasmashell
SUMMARY
Just after plasmashell is started, the categories in the kickoff menu are
off-view. If you move the cursor to select another category, they align
correctly.
This happens only when kickoff is placed on a vertical panel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a kickoff applet in a vertical panel.
2. Restart plasmashell
3. Open the kickoff menu
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu's categories are slightly off view, with Favourites almost completely
off.
EXPECTED RESULT
Every category correctly aligned.
