            Bug ID: 400350
Summary: Volume Scroll-wheel Usability Issues in "Play Media"
                    view
           Product: dragonplayer
           Version: 18.08
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: sit...@kde.org
          Reporter: lu...@lwsabota.com
                CC: myr...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

The scroll wheel in the "Play Media" playlist view of DragonPlayer controls
both the volume *and* the scrollbar on the listview when the mouse is in the
playlist listview.

This is even more confusing when the volume bar is not visible. The user can
be scrolling up and down the playlist of files and accidentally adjust the
volume when the scrollbar reaches the top or bottom.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the "Play Media" button to show the playlist listview.
2. Add enough files to Dragon player or resize the window so that the scrollbar
appears.
3. Position the mouse over the listview and scroll up and down.
4. (Bonus) Hide the volume slider to showcase additional potential confusion.

OBSERVED RESULT
Notice that once the scrollbar reaches the top of the playlist listview, the
volume begins to increase. Once the scrollbar reaches the bottom, the volume
decreases.

EXPECTED RESULT
The scroll wheel on the mouse should not control the volume while the mouse is
within the playlist listview.

Additionally, it would be nice if the entire scroll-to-change volume behavior
was togglable. However even with a toggle, the scroll wheel should not control
volume while inside the playlist listview.
