I also experience this bug on Plasma 5.12 LTS(!!!) , 5.13 and 5.14 as well
apart from the distro. The only "bugless" was 5.8.6 in Debian.
I need to logoff / login or restart plasma with kquitapp5 plasmashell && kstart
plasmashell otherwise the system tray is stucked, entries gone , you cannot
click on any of them , you get to the settings instead.
Very anoying bug , please correct if possible .
