a deleted measure is more erroneous than the old measure.

when you fix the location of a photo you move by a few meters then you
introduce a small error.

some value does not change. for example "GPS altitude reference" = "above sea
level"

let the user have the choice to keep old measures or compute automatically the
new altitude and the new compass direction.
