When it happens some of the icons work permanently (remmina, telegram) others very occasionally but mostly never (network, clipboard, sound, kconnect, devices, printer, monitor settings). Instead I'm getting the empty "system & notifications" 'popdown'. And the keepassxc icon isn't shown anymore.
