If I understand the problem correctly, then there is no need to have a special
RTL mode for the text input. Instead, kolourpaint itself should know that it
works with an RTL language and should work accordingly (and there are other
bugs when doing so, e.g. resizing of the image shows the blue grabber lines on
the right instead on the left)
