SUMMARY
I have a 3-monitor setup running kubuntu 18.04 and a dual monitor setup running
manjaro. I add a panel to the external monitor and set to autohide for the
panel. But it only works for 1 monitor for the 3-monitor setup and not working
at all for the dual monitor setup. Application windows would maximize under
the panel in these cases, but panel doesn' t hide.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. setup auto hide for panel on monitors
OBSERVED RESULT
not hiding most of the time
EXPECTED RESULT
panel hide should work

Windows:
MacOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: kubuntu 18.04 and manjaro
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.3 in manjaro and the version in kubuntu 18.04
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0 in manjaro
Qt Version: 5.11.2 in manjaro
