Setting MLT processing threads higher than 1 messes up the timeline stopping
you from scrubbing through the timeline/
EXPECTED RESULT
being able to set my MLT processing threads to the amount of threads I have and
be able to actually scrub through my timeline,this bug makes it almost
impossible to edit a video.

Kdenlive 18.08.2
Xubuntu 18.04 LTS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Every time this happens I have to reset it to 1 just to be able to edit and
when I want to render I need to change it so I have better render
speeds/performance..
Kdenlive with MLT set to 1 thread (working)
