STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. For example in 'Application Style' settings subsection open any of Widget
Style, Window Decorations or GNOME/GTK Application Style KCMs.
2. Click on any dropdowns in this KCMs.
3. Click outside of the dropdown.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dropdown persists
EXPECTED RESULT
Dropdown disappears

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In other KCMs for example Fonts - Anti-aliasing dropdown after clicking outside
of the dropdown - it doesn't disappears, same in Cursor Theme KCM - Size
dropdown
