We have backtraces that end in QQmlDelegateModel::_q_itemsChanged either from
RunnerModel (by searching, bug 391613) or from FunnelModel (by simply
navigating, bug 401293). Most backtraces do not reveal this information, though
(they only show "libkickerplugin.so"), so duplicates of bug 391613 might
actually be bug 401293.

I also randomly get this crash when browsing Kicker menu with Qt 5.11.2 and
Plasma builds from master branches.
