After next run of KDevelop affected view ("Project changes") became
unavailable. I mean that is not visible on list (dialog) "Select Tool View to
Add" (attached) and clicking in any edge bar, context menu doesn't show this
view. View just disappeared. I checked plugins in Configuration of KDevelope,
but found nothing.
