avatar change does no effect in sddm login manager
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.change your user account avatar and apply the change
2.press ctrl+alt+L to block your session (ok, the new avatar appears)
3.do logout from your kde plasma session
Actual Results:
sddm is still showing default avatar
Expected Results:
sddm shows the new avatar
