Hi,

Since Krita changed its Text Tool into SVG Text Tool, there seems no working
hotkey that can be assigned to the SVG Text Tool. The old Text Tool Hotkey also
doesn't work anymore.

This problem is found in iOS and Windows version, it appears in Krita 4.1.1
until 4.1.5.
