This bug isn't fixed. In this bug report we are talking about compositing with the NVidia GeForce 7 series. The current driver version is 304.131, which is up-to-date. It's the nvidia-glG02 line. Look first post. But your driver is the nvidia-GL04 line, which is different and does not support the legacy 7 series.
