SUMMARY
The widget cross over the top-border, it's obviously in the attachment. A
screenshot(in attachment) is enough to describe it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch the "system settings", select "Regional Settings",
2. Select "Language" in the left tree view, then click the button "Add
Languages"
3. Drag the scroll bar down, then you'll got that bug.
