Generic regular QQuickText native text + fractional scaling Qt bug.
Whilst we can do a lame workaround, it is a Qt bug.
I wouldn't use scaling for 1.2, it doens't make sense for small values. You're
going to get artefacts all over the place. I wish I never gave in to people
wanting fractional support. Just bump the font DPI and maybe the icon sizes.
