SUMMARY
There should be a Slide Forward focus option to complement Slide Back.
In other words, whereas the Slide Back effect tosses un-focused windows behind
the newly focused window, a Slide Forward effect would call the to-be-focused
window around the other open windows, as if it's reporting for duty.
