STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download portable umbrello package from
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Umbrello_Release_win64/
2. unpack 7z file
3. start umbrello
4. Select Help->Umbrello UML Modeller Handbook
OBSERVED RESULT
A website is shown the following message: "The branch stable5 is not available
for the specified application/language."
EXPECTED RESULT
The documentation for the request language should be displayed.
