SUMMARY
Running the live image and then clicking install; the installer starts and
gives some text under 'Language' saying, "You may wish to update this
installer". However, clicking "update this installer" does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run live image.
2. Click 'install neon user'.
3. Click "update this installer".
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The installer is updated and returns updated or returns no update necessary.
