SUMMARY
Empty tab for Wallpaper configuration.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on desktop -> Configure Desktop...
OBSERVED RESULT
The active tab is "Wallpaper" and it is empty.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Wallpaper" tab should contain some controls.
