When you ask "show me your screenshot of your system" - do you mean screenshot of system-info having linux-os, kde-system, etc.? 2. I had notifications enabled always. For your reference, I have given the screenshot of notification applet settings. 3. Forgot to mention - I have already tested what you are suggesting. I disabled latte, enabled the default panel. With the default panel having system-tray, I get all the notifications. See for instance, the two screenshots I have attached --- one from kde-konnect, and the other from battery-applet. Both these are present in system-tray widget.
