SUMMARY
Discover should have a kill dialog to close it even if tasks are pending.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Do this: Bug 403463
2. Try to close Discover
OBSERVED RESULT
A warning pops up that there are unfinished tasks.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window pops up but includes a "Force close Discover" button.
