For me the exact steps to reproduce the bug are (see video testing): 1. map the "Next Key Frame" action to the "Right" key 2. map the "Previous Key Frame" action to the "Left" key 3. "CTRL+N" (new) 4. click on frame 0 5. click "Add blank frame" 6. repeat with frame 1,2,3 7. click "First Frame" (on the play bar!) 8. use the "Right" and "Left" keys Actual Results: the timeline cursor will alternately skip keyframes. NOTE A: point 7: directly clicking on the timeline would make it impossible to reproduce the bug.
