Definitely a problem with using Firefox nightly from a tarball: system
integration piece didn't get installed properly. Other than AppImages, Linux
apps aren't self-contained; they need various system integration bits copied to
various places. Making sure that this happens is one of the the advantages to
using either AppImages or a package manager.
