xdg-desktop-portal-kde is 5.14.5-0ubuntu1~ubuntu18.10~ppa1, Firefox is running
natively via system (Ubuntu) package.
When I try to open file - it show last used folder correctly, but if I try to
save - I always see my home folder instead of last usage folder.
So seems the problem is only with Save dialog.
