Try again later. is related. Apparently Akonadi EWS can get completely stuck after not respecting a:ErrorServerBusy. (BTW for me it is complete news to me that a mail or groupware server can report that it is busy. My private Dovecot IMAP/POP3 *never* *ever* did that. And it points out that there is an issue Microsoft might be responsible for – unless Akonadi EWS is doing something excessive here.
