digiKam team do not support Flatpack bundle.
We support and maintain already one container for Linux : AppImage, which has
already the mysql support.
This take a lots of ressource to maintain Windows installer, MacOS package and
AppImage. There is no plan to add FlatPack stuff...
The digiKam Flakpack bundle is certainly an automated build done by KDE
factory. Please report this problem to right section from KDE/Phabricator:
https://phabricator.kde.org (search flatpack on top/right side)
