Right, so when text labels have been configured with a maximum line count and a
particular item's label is long and gets elided, you want the full label text
to be displayed when the item is hovered-over or selected. Seems reasonable. I
could have sworn we already had a bug tracking this but now I can't find it.
Let's use this one.
