SUMMARY
I'm not sure if this is just a difference between my previous experience on
Kubuntu 18.04 LTS and now the latest KDE Neon, but so far I've had to install a
number of packages which I expected would have come with the distribution
including: plasma-discover, muon, knotes, ktorrent,
plasma-discover-snap-backend

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to https://files.kde.org/neon/images/neon-useredition/current/
2. Download and install neon-useredition-20190124-0530-amd64.iso
3. Try to use any of that software
