[dolphin] [Bug 404768] Application windows dont regain focus (i.e. stay greyed out) after dialogue for e.g. New directory (Dolphin) or Save As (Kate). Pops back up after being closed and are grey+non-interactive

Does this only happen with Dolphin, or with other KDE apps too?

Does the problem go away if you disable the "Dialog Parent" effect in System
Settings > Desktop Behavior > Desktop Effects?
