Some extra info. Is not just meta, is also alt as well.

So after a few questions from Zren I sent him the following. The meta shortcut,
or the alt shortcut simply don't last after a kwin replace. Not even 30
seconds.
killall krunner && kstart5 krunner
Omitting both --window and --windowclass arguments is not recommended
Could not create scene graph context for backend 'opengl' - check that
plugins are installed correctly in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins
kwin also spits out, with every kstart5:

On the other hand killing krunner and opening it manually actually works, but
it does not fix the meta problem. What I can see is only "kwin --replace" does
that.
