We could mayyybe add a heuristic that when there's a jump list action that just
launches the app that we remove the "Start New Instance" entry. Not sure.
Also, in case of e.g. chrome it is /usr/bin/google-chrome %U vs
/usr/bin/google-chrome, so not sure a heuristic is easily made.
