SUMMARY
"Prefer opaque background when touching any window" option stopped working on a
second latte-dock instance as a lateral left panel. The said panel stays
transparent/blurred even when maximized touching windows are present or
touching it. The other latte instance as panel on top, still works as intended.
This worked as expected a couple of git releases ago.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a second latte panel on the left "as Unity/Gnome Dash".
2. Enable "Prefer opaque background when touching any window"
3. Touch panel with any window.

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel stays transparent/blurry.

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel gets opaque when any window touches it.
