--- Comment #24 from Rob <rlanca...@gmail.com> --- please note that issues with different versions of python, netpbm, numpy, pyfits, and astrometry installation issues were the reason I finally found that I had to just install a stripped down version of those programs all inside the app bundle so that kstars could just use that instead of trying to use the system files that might not be configured right.
