SUMMARY
Whenever I open Spectacle and click "Save", Plasma Shell locks up entirely.
One time kuiserver5 did too, but I haven't been able to reproduce that.
This did not start until I attempted to take a screenshot during a period of
heavy disk I/O (LibreOffice was building in Konsole; the screenshot was of
Firefox and unrelated). The plasmashell lock reproduces fairly reliably; about
one out of every two screenshots.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle.
2. Click "Save".
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma Shell is locked.
