Remember that under Windows, cross compiling QtWebEngine is not yet possible, ass Google deal with Microsoft to extend Chromium with Windows dirty technology. In other words, Google don't like MinGW, and QtWebEngine require this F. M$ compiler. There is a report in Qt project about this big problem.
