I updated my patch:
1)added my commit to the NEWS file
2)used cast *(const __uint128_t*)arch->vex.guest_Q0 to silence
m_coredump/coredump-elf.c:527:20: warning: assignment makes integer
from pointer without a cast [enabled by default]
