SUMMARY
In the preferences, under Other, the button "Protocol Handlers Manager" brings
up a dialog that offers an empty list and only a "Remove" button, so I cannot
find any way to make that list non-empty.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Falkon.
2. Edit / Preferences
3. Select the "Other" tab.
4. Click the "Protocol Handlers Manager" button.
OBSERVED RESULT
There is only a "Remove" button, and the list is already empty, so it cannot be
changed to anything other than an empty list.
EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect at least an "Add" button.
