I am using version 5.9 of kipi-plugins and version 6.0.0 of digikam, so according to this bug report the problem should be fixed, but it isn't or rather it has reappeared. In my case the export/export to flickr tool doesn't open a browser (which it never did!), and it doesn't request authentication at all. It just doesn't connect to flickr at all, it seems.
