STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create hotkey "Shift+M" to create marker. (Also tried "q").
2. Click on clip on timeline.
3. I put playhead in the right place.
4. Press Shift+M (on any keyboard layout).
OBSERVED RESULT
The marker is not set.
