Wow, today, starting at the same time the official 19.04 release for Windows, and the new (today) PORTABLE BETA... and opening the same example i posted... i was able to see the misplacement! .. and surprise... it was a displacement on CLIPS... and not a misplacement on EFFECTS! see the image, what i can't understand is why other tester doesn't see the displacement on my example...
