Here are my specs: KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58.0 Qt Version: 5.12.0 Kernel Version: 4.13.0-45-generic The way I tested this was the following: 1) I placed four folders on the bottom right corner of my desktop. My display resolution was 1920x1080. 2) I manually changed my resolution to 800x600. 3) The folders moved to the top left corner of the desktop. (this behaviour is ok I guess, since the folders would not appear on the desktop otherwise) 4) I manually changed my resolution back to 1920x1080. 5) The folders DID NOT move back to the bottom right corner of my desktop. (this right here is the bug as far as I'm concerned) Now, I am going to try to give this bug some extra visibility by posting a new bounty.
