STEPS TO REPRODUCE Run qmake on some pro file without the qtbase5-private-dev package installed. OBSERVED RESULT qmake fails with the following error: "Project ERROR: Library 'libatomic' is not defined." EXPECTED RESULT qmake succeeds.
