STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open K3b
2. insert a writable disc (I used a DVD-RW disc)
3. click "Tools" menu > "Burn image..."
4. choose an ISO image to burn
5. check "Verify written data" option (I only can reproduce the issue if this
option is checked)
6. click "Start" button
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screen recording,
the progress bar shown in the task manager "jumps" while K3b burns the disc.
EXPECTED RESULT
The progress bar shown in the task manager does not "jump" while K3b burns the
disc.
